What happens when you delete your data?
- Permanent removal – We’ll delete or fully anonymize all personal information linked to your account (profile details, conversation history, usage logs, and any leads you exported).
- Irreversible action – Once deletion is complete, the data cannot be restored, and any active sessions will be terminated.
- Service impact – Deleting your data also closes your account and voids any remaining credits or subscriptions.
How to submit a deletion request
- Complete the short form at the bottom of this page
- Watch for a confirmation email— we may ask for a quick reply to prove the request is genuinely from you.
Timeline
- Acknowledgement – within 24 hours of receiving a valid request.
- Completion – within 30 days, often much sooner.
- We’ll keep you updated at key milestones (verification, deletion underway, deletion complete).
Exceptions & retention we can’t avoid
Certain limited data may be retained when legally required—for example:
- Records needed to prevent fraud or resolve ongoing disputes
- Transaction data kept for tax or accounting laws
- In those cases, the information is locked down, used only for that legal purpose, and deleted as soon as the obligation ends.
