3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

  • Event app data extraction 
  • Real-time networking opportunity identification

4.2 Service Limitations

Our Service:

  • Does NOT schedule meetings - we facilitate introductions only
  • Does NOT guarantee outcomes - success depends on mutual interest and follow-up
  • Cannot access private information - we work only with public and authorized data
  • Is NOT a recruiting platform - focused on business networking and partnerships

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service for legitimate business networking purposes only
  • Provide truthful information about yourself and your professional goals
  • Respect other users' time and communication preferences
  • Maintain professional standards in all interactions
  • Comply with applicable laws and conference policies

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unwanted solicitation
  • Misrepresent your identity, company, or professional background
  • Attempt to circumvent our introduction process or contact users directly without consent
  • Use our Service to collect data for competing services
  • Reverse engineer, hack, or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

5.3 Conference Etiquette

When using our Service at conferences:

  • Respect event policies and organizer guidelines
  • Honor scheduled meetings and introduction commitments
  • Provide feedback on introduction quality and outcomes
  • Report any inappropriate behavior or safety concerns

6. AI Agent Interactions and Limitations

6.1 AI-Generated Communications

You understand and acknowledge that:

  • Our AI agent generates personalized messages and introductions
  • AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies
  • The AI represents our Service, not individual users or companies
  • All AI communications are monitored for quality and safety

6.2 Voice Interactions

During phone calls with our AI agent:

  • Conversations may be recorded for service improvement
  • Voice data is processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic)
  • You should speak clearly and provide accurate information
  • Technical issues may occasionally affect call quality

6.3 No Binding Agreements

IMPORTANT: Any communications with our AI agent, including phone calls, messages, or emails, CANNOT create binding legal agreements, contracts, or obligations beyond these Terms.

You cannot enter into:

  • Non-disclosure agreements
  • Non-competition agreements
  • Partnership agreements
  • Investment agreements
  • Any other legally binding contracts

Only written agreements explicitly authorized by our legal team are valid and enforceable.

7. Pricing and Payment Terms

7.1 Service Pricing

  • Peer/Manager Level Introductions: $30 per successful introduction
  • VP/C-Level Introductions: $50 per successful introduction
  • First Class Service: $1,000 per conference for priority introduction handling
  • Custom Enterprise Packages: Available for large organizations

7.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment Trigger: Charges apply only when both parties accept an introduction
  • Payment Method: Credit card, wire transfer, or approved payment platforms
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly billing for accumulated successful introductions
  • First Class Priority: Paid in advance for the specific conference

7.3 Refund Policy

  • Service Issues: Full refund if introduction fails due to our error
  • User Cancellation: No refunds for user-initiated cancellations after introduction acceptance
  • First Class Service: 50% refund if conference is cancelled; no refund for user cancellation

7.4 Revenue Sharing with Conference Partners

We may share a portion of introduction fees with conference organizers and exhibitor partners. This does not affect your pricing or service quality.

8. Data and Privacy Rights

8.1 Data Collection and Use

By using our Service, you consent to our collection and use of:

  • Professional information from public sources (LinkedIn, conference websites)
  • Communication data from your interactions with our AI agent
  • Conference attendance and networking activity data
  • Usage analytics and service performance metrics

13.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect Damages: Lost profits, business opportunities, or networking outcomes
  • Conference Issues: Event cancellations, policy changes, or organizer restrictions
  • Third-Party Actions: User behavior, conference policies, or platform limitations
  • Data Issues: Inaccuracies in attendee information or profile data

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, conference cancellations, or platform policy changes.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

15. Termination
